Portrait of Amilia Storm

Biology, computation and a drive to understand complex systems

I am completing a bachelor’s degree in bioinformatics and have experience across biology, laboratory work, programming, data science and machine learning.

I enjoy developing tools that make scientific data easier to explore, understand and communicate. My interests include molecular biology, biomarkers, genetics, protein structure, health data and computational approaches to biological problems.

I am currently expanding my portfolio with additional data science and machine learning projects while preparing for a career in data, bioinformatics or scientific software development.
